M3Clinician is an application to allow doctor’s offices to use the iPad for patients to complete the screen on the iPad. This simple interface allows the office staff to enter patient information, allow for patient confirmation, enable the patient to confidentially complete the brief questionnaire on the iPad and the information is automatically entered within the patients account. To use this application download to an iPad connected to the internet and seamlessly use the iPad. Each use generates a unique patient record save in a HIPAA compliant environment.
